Terms of Service
Last updated: May 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the ByBelt Shopify application or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or install our software services.
2. Service Scope
ByBelt provides merchants with catalog syncing, design template tools, automatic posting, and queue scheduling to designated social media accounts. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have active permissions on target platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram) and that all shared content respects the guidelines of those third parties.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription fees are billed recurringly through the standard Shopify Billing API. All fees are in USD and are subject to local merchant taxes where applicable.
- Free Trial: Select tiers include a 7-day free trial. If you uninstall the app before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your paid subscription instantly at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify Admin dashboard. No further charges will accrue.
4. Acceptable Use and Content Integrity
You maintain sole ownership and liability for all product descriptions, images, and brand materials processed by ByBelt. You agree not to use ByBelt to distribute, publish, or schedule any:
- Content that infringes on third-party trademarks or copyrights.
- Fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or illegal store offers.
- Unsolicited spam networks or high-frequency abuse schedules.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ByBelt is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum service uptime, we are not liable for any auto-posting failure due to social media API rate-limits, platform changes, or network latency.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByBelt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or store sales resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
